Having been in the banking industry for over a decade, I now understand there is nothing

more important than our physical and emotional health. I believe everything happens for us and that the most important aspect of healing is to discover the true origin of dis-ease and what we can learn from it. The next step is then learning to let go to avoid accumulating muscle tension in the body. If you cannot do this alone, I offer specialties in Deep Tissue, Swedish and Sports massage to assist you in your journey.

After training and working as physiotherapist and yoga practitioner for several years, I have gained much knowledge and experience with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal structures. In addition to healing and following a holistic path, I specialize in providing many forms of therapeutic massage, including cupping and other eastern techniques. My services include Deep Thai Fusion massage; Sports massage with focus on stretching methods; and Medical massage with a neuromuscular and mobilization focus. All my therapies can be applied with different intensities, including deep, superficial, or myofascial release, depending on the initial assessment and/or your preference.

After receiving her Bachelor’s of Art in Photography and Sculpture from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2003, Sìca pursued careers in Art Education and in-home care. She then went into the healing arts and graduated from the National Holistic Institute in 2011. She has massaged in the Bay Area for 13 years. Applying skills used in one-on-one care, Sìca refined her practice and clinical skills at Chiropractic offices/clinics working on those recovering from injuries to prenatal. Her sports massages are as exhilarating as her Abhyanga lymphatic drainage massages are rejuvenating and flushing, as her Psoas and pelvic floor work co-create foundational shifts in movement and client’s understanding of them. Sìca offers a unique blend of experience, intuition, and knowledge pooled from a background in dance training and yoga which is the foundation in customizing sessions that aid the recipient’s healing process. To best support clients through injury recovery, optimal body mechanics for sports and activities, and pain management, Sìca uses custom stretches and body movements, honoring that what we store emotionally can manifest physically. When she’s not giving excellent massage you may find her playing ukulele, swimming, dancing, or enjoying local art and farmers markets.
