G

Having been in the banking industry for over a decade, I now understand there is nothing more important than our physical and emotional health. I believe everything happens for us and that the most important aspect of healing is to discover the true origin of dis-ease and what we can learn from it. The next step is then learning to let go to avoid accumulating muscle tension in the body. If you cannot do this alone, I offer specialties in Deep Tissue, Swedish and Sports massage to assist you in your journey.

Jayne

Jayne has a strong foundation in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Facilitated Stretching and Craniosacral Therapy. She has an additional certification in Prenatal, Postnatal, and Labor Support from massage expert Chula Gemignani, CMT (Healing River Massage, Nevada City, CA). And in Thai Yoga Jayne weaves in all of these modalities to create space and deep release for pain relief, relaxation and healing. Jayne sources her energy from building meaningful relationships, studying ancient yogic practices, and staying active outside. Massage therapy was one of the healing modalities that helped her heal deep burnout from working as a School Psychologist. Jayne intentionally left working in the schools and in 2021, she completed her massage therapy program at McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland to share the gift that helped her heal.
